The Missouri DECA Policy Manual is
reviewed by the Missouri DECA Board of Directors at each of their
three yearly meetings. The Policy Manual provides policies and
structures for Missouri DECA including the Board of Directors,
Approved Fundraising Projects, State Officers, Districts,
Competitive Events, Conference Information, Operations and
Membership.
